Meet the pediatrician
I am the department Head of the Social Pediatric Practice at “The Good Samaritan”, an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital “IASO“, in the emergency department, and I serve as a pediatrician at the “SOS Children’s Villages“.
I have been attending families and children as a private pediatrician for several years, and have a private pediatric office in Alsoupoli, at 1 Ipirou, 14235 Nea Ionia.

The office is located in Alsoupoli, opposite the park and playground of Panaitolio, on the 3rd floor, at 1 Ipirou, 14235 Nea Ionia. A specialised architectural office for Child-Centred Design assisted in designing an ideal space for all the children’s needs. Not only is the waiting area welcoming and cheerful, but there is also a designated children’s place, the young patients can be creatively engaged.

We are fluent in English, speak Finnish and welcome any nationality.
Prenatal information
Information for future parents. General instructions for the care of the infant. Familiarisation with the premises of the practice and how it operates.
Monitoring child development and health
Growth & development monitoring. Treatment of diseases. Scheduling of laboratory tests. Referral and collaboration with pediatric subspecialties.
Support breastfeeding and feeding of children
Support breastfeeding from the antenatal period to weaning. Feeding instructions for the breastfeeding mother and infant based on national & international standards.
Health certificates
Issuing health certificates for schools and gyms. Issue of certificates of participation in sports and/or camping activities.
Immunization
Scheduling and conducting immunization of infants, children and adolescents according to the National Immunization Program. Adaptation of vaccination schemes of other countries.
Prescription
Prescribing medical examinations, vaccines and medications through the electronic prescription system for medication & laboratory testing.
Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding, the natural way of feeding newborns, is the most ideal start to a baby’s life.
